Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated *Lead Generation & Sales Executive* to identify potential clients, generate qualified business leads, schedule meetings, and support the company's sales growth.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong internet research and prospecting abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Experience in signage, advertising, fit-out, construction, interiors, or related industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
* Generate new business leads through online research, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Identify opportunities with corporate clients, retail chains, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and project management firms.
* Arrange meetings and presentations for the Business Development team.
* Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
* Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships.
* Research upcoming construction, retail, and commercial projects.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
* Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
